Topic: Your Thanksgiving Lineup

The holidays are approaching and so is my appetite for some good beer/wine. Anyone pulling out some good stuff this year?

Here's what I'm considering right now...

*The yearly Go-To selections:

Sierra Nevada's Celebration Ale
Bruery's Autumn Maple
Trappistes Rochefort 10
Orval Trappist Ale

*Other Considerations:

Cascade's Bourbonic Plague (2009)
Cascade's Sang Noir (2011)
Three Floyd's Dark Lord (2009)
Ivan The Terrible (2009)
Goose Island's Bourbon County Brand Stout (2008)

Pictures to follow..

It is a fair wind that blew men to the ale.

Re: Your Thanksgiving Lineup

Right now.
Dogfish 120
Dogfish Bitches Brew.

I'm going to get a pumpkin ale as well, just not sure which one. Either Heavy Seas or Southern Tier

Re: Your Thanksgiving Lineup

Last year we did a blind tasting with Barleywine style ales. Pretty awesome evening. Looking for a good way to get loaded? Line up a bunch of 12% ABV beers and it's game on. Might have to put one together this year with Russian Imperial Stouts.

The lineup:

Stone's Arrogent Bastard Ale 2010 (Last place)
Anchor Steam's Old Foghorn Ale 2011
Full Sail's Old Boardhead Barlywine 2011
Full Sail's Old Boardhead Barlywine 2009 (2nd place tie)
Full Sail's Old Boardhead Barlywine 2008 (2nd place tie)
Alaskan's Barleywine Ale 2008 (3rd place)
Deschute's Mirror Mirror 2009 (1st place)
Hair of the Dog's Adam 2010
