And just to be picky Golden Tate was a 3rd round pick. I know you were just having a take on rookies but  I believe you said he was a 1st round pick, no big deal.

Actually, we were talking about 1st rounders not having signed, and I mentioned Tate, and then said "even though he wasn't a first rounder...he was a second rounder, I think."  Wrong, still...but not as wrong as saying he was a first rounder.  So there.

Mega Dittos - July 30 2010

I just heard one of the hosts of this show say LT has a chance to be the number one RB this year.  Come on, man.  I'll bet my balls that LT doesn't crack the top ten.  All reports out of Jets camp say that LT looks pathetically slow.  How can we take this show seriously when the hosts are so out of touch with reality?"

First of all, at this time of year, anything is possible.  I think that Green will be the top guy in NY, but it's possible that LT has enough in the tank.  Who knows?  At this point, it's all wild speculation.

Second, and most important:  This genius says that "all reports out of Jets camp say that LT looks pathetically slow".  Well, he wrote it on 7/29...the day that rookies were to report to camps.  LT will report to camp with the veterans on 8/1.  So, according to this idiot, LT looks pathetically slow in a camp he has yet to report to.  Brilliant.

This is just someone from another podcast hating on us...again.  I wish there was some way to answer these things on iTunes.  Grrr.

And if they didn't consider TFFG a threat, those posts wouldn't happen.

If you click on the reviewers' names in the review it will give you a list of all other reviews by that person. I did so on the review in question ( iTunes user Mega Dittos ) and found, quite interestingly but not surprisingly, that every Fantasy Football Podcast he has reviewed has gotten a negative review ( even ESPN ) except one ... Fantasy Football Weekly. He posted things about  THAT podcast like " the only professionally produced fantasy football podcast I've found on itunes" and "Don't even waste your time with anything else".

I may be smoking something but it sounds to me like Fantasy Football Weekly is HIS podcast. Fortunately there is a link after each review to "report concern".  I have reported my concern to iTunes that Mega Dittos is trashing competitors.  So has my brother, brother-in-law, nephew and sister ... I hereby invite everyone on these boards that has an itunes acct to do the same.

Let's show them that when you mess with TFFG you have to deal with the T.U.R.F. !! That's right, Leo Laporte has the TWiT Army, now TFFG has T.U.R.F. ( Tffg Unified Response Force )

And guys, I know it's frustrating to deal with, but looking at the big picture, you do still have a 4 1/2 out of 5 stars overall rating ... pretty damn good.  And like I said last post, The Best ALWAYS have a target on their back .... getting abuse like this just shows how good you really are.
