1 QB 2 RB 3 WR 1 TE 1 K standard scoring league

I dont like my Wr a ton but think i got some good depth there. so can move some players around if need be. Also I like my round 11 and 12 picks. feel like i got some ggod sleepers there if this was a keeper league. I really think cutler has a hance to be top 5 this year. He still threw 27 td last year. the picks  were just brutal. i expect a bounce back.

1.9 RB. mendenhall
2.2 RB. Ryan Matthews
3.9 WR. Colston
4.2 WR. Boldin
5.9 RB. Beanie Wells
6.2 WR. Maclin

8.2 WR. Bowe
9.9 QB Cutler
10.2 RB Forsett
11.9 WR Aromashodu
12.2 RB. Spiller
13.9 QB. Ben R.
14.2 Dallas DEF
15.9 K. Tynes

I like your first 5. May be a little high for Matthews, but still a good guy to have. I like Beanie as an RB3.

Good TE in Celek. Good flyers with Forsett, Aromashodu, and Spiller late. Your overall receiving corps may not be the best, but you should get by.

Top to bottom I like it. You also have a good matchup for Roethlisberger on Cutler's bye (week 8)That game against New Orleans should have him throwing a lot.

I like the bottom half of this draft from Celek on down - and I don't disagree with your thoughts on Cutler, 9th round is good value for him, and Ben R. is a great back-up that could easily be starting for you halfway through, depending on how he comes back.

However, I think your first half is almost entirely a case of 'one round too early' - Mendenhall is not first-round talent, he's second, Matthews isn't really a  second but a third round guy at this point at best. Colston is a fourth round area guy, his last couple of years he just hasn't put up the numbers to warrant top-tier consideration, however you grabbed Boldin in the fourth (the only one I see as a value pick in your first six), so no harm no foul.

But what I think is the biggest question in this lineup is, is the complete lack of proven consistent talent at RB.  Mendenhall has half-a-season of good on his resume, Beanie Wells even less.  Forsett, while GREAT value in the 10th, hasn't been a clear-cut starter and still isn't, and Matthews and Spiller haven't played a single down in the pros.  And while I'm high on Matthews chances, he's not going to walk into the Chargers lineup and be LT in 2007, it's just not going to happen.  My point is, that's a LOT of drafting on potential and not on historical performance at what's arguably the most crucial position in fantasy, and that could wipe you out early.  The flip side is, it could make you look like a genius, and sometimes it's fun to play with the risk.

I just think if you're in the ninth overall slot, there's several better options than Mendenhall available no matter who you're drafting with, and he's likely to be there on the turnaround.

Actually, Cutler is the one pick I like least, but I don't know what, if anything, else was left. Overall great job. You sure you haven't been listening for awhile? From your picks it looks like you are a die hard MF'er ( Magic Formula believer ). Well done.

PS - Forsett in the 10th  .... Very Interesting ( sorry, inside joke ).

Re: New Member Here. Just found the site! Rate my Mock Please.

Mendenhall at nine seems too high to me. Tough to say though because I don't know who else at RB was available. I've heard Mendenhall may not be the Steelers goal line guy and either Isaac Redman or Jonathan Dwyer could take away from that.

The rest looks very good. I've gotta a feeling about Bowe this year... I think he is going to be great-especially for the position he is being drafted at.

Cutler in the ninth and Big Ben in the 11th, that is well done. Shows everyone that you can get quality even if you wait on QB.
