Topic: Chiefs all hype?

I've seen TNF twice now. I can't see the Chiefs keeping up the pace they set against the Pats. Hunt is still on the proving grounds, and one game a trend doesn't make. I don't see any RB even West able to share the Rock and give Hunt a break once in a while. Andy will plow through. And I think he pieced part of his O line with some third string free agents. Plus, Hill left the game injured, albeit on his own 2 legs. Now, as a lifelong Eagles fan, I still follow Andy. He usually loses some weight before the season, and gains it back as the season ways on him. I thought he looked his best on TNF, best ever.

Re: Chiefs all hype?

They may make the playoffs, but they wouldn't beat the Pats again.

So many things went their way:
Hill wide open on a busted coverage.
Brady barely over the LOS on what would've been a TD.
Gronk losing what would've been a TD.
Two separate 4th and 1 stops.
Brady being slightly off on a wide open 1st play of the game.
etc.

I'm thinking that was the worst the Pats look all year and the best the Chiefs look all year.

Chiefs have a solid team. They should be in good shape to make the playoffs. And from there, it will probably come down to which teams are the healthiest. Long season so who knows at this point. One big injury can change a lot.

It is a fair wind that blew men to the ale.
