Topic: What to do with Bell in a keeper league

Ever since Bell no-showed this week I have been bombarded with trade requests for him.   The best I was offered was E.  Sanders and Kerryon Johnon. 
My other running backs are Kareem Hunt and James Conner (grabbed before week one as a handcuff).  Would you trade Laveon this year for anyone knowing you would not have him next year?

What are your keeper rules - number, penalty, length, etc.
